We started where the map runs out.
DoNotCarry began in El Paso, TX — a place where the big delivery networks thin out fast and local shops are left doing the last mile themselves. We spent over a year running it as a live pilot: real customers, real deliveries, real proof the model works. Today that same platform reaches shops across the country — dispatching across the nation's largest carrier networks alongside the delivery muscle we built ourselves.
Traction
The model is proven. Now it reaches everywhere.
For over a year, DoNotCarry ran as a live pilot in El Paso — completing 780+ real last-mile deliveries for local customers and merchants, ramping to more than 100 deliveries a month. It proved the model: shops can turn on same-day local delivery through one platform, without running a fleet of their own.
It's the same platform today — we've just widened what it can reach. Alongside our own drivers, DoNotCarry now dispatches across the Uber, DoorDash, and Roadie networks and 1,000+ carriers nationwide, picking the best option for each route. Our own fleet is still in the mix wherever it wins; the carrier networks extend the same proven model far beyond where any single fleet could go.

The team
Who's behind DoNotCarry
Two co-founders, one problem we lived firsthand in El Paso.
George is a serial entrepreneur with over 14 years building and operating companies across the U.S., Mexico, and Asia. Founder of ventures spanning real estate, cross-border sourcing, and finance, he founded DoNotCarry in El Paso and leads the company's strategy, operations, and growth as it scales nationally.
Mario leads DoNotCarry's platform and engineering. A technology leader with 25+ years turning ambitious visions into deployable software across two continents, he is founder of the consultancy Reyem Tech and has mentored early-stage ventures at the University of Toronto's Rotman School and York University. At DNC he's building the platform that quotes every carrier, dispatches the best one, and tracks each delivery to proof-of-delivery.
