Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how DoNotCarry LLC (“DoNotCarry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit www.donotcarry.com (the “Site”) or request a demo. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you request a demo, we collect the details you submit: your company name, your name, work email address, phone number (optional), ZIP code, and your approximate monthly delivery volume.
Marketing attribution. If you arrive through a campaign link, we capture the campaign parameters (UTM source, medium, campaign, term, and content) so we know how you found us. These are stored temporarily in your browser and submitted with your demo request.
Information collected automatically. When you submit the demo form, our systems also record the page that referred you and the time of submission. We temporarily process your IP address to rate-limit submissions and prevent spam; it is not used to build a profile of you.
Analytics. We use a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics tool to understand aggregate Site traffic. It does not use cookies or collect personally identifiable information, and analytics run only on the production Site.
How we use your information
- To respond to your demo request and contact you about DoNotCarry's services.
- To understand how our marketing performs and how visitors use the Site.
- To protect the Site against spam, abuse, and security threats.
- To comply with legal obligations.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the Site and process your request, under obligations to protect it, including:
- Our workflow and hosting providers, which route and store your demo request and serve the Site.
- Authorities or others where required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. Campaign attribution parameters are held in your browser's session storage and are cleared when you close the tab. Our analytics are cookieless.
Data retention
We keep demo-request information for as long as needed to follow up with you and for our legitimate business records, then delete or anonymize it. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing us at the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; we will honor those rights as required.
Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites (for example, our social media or careers pages). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
